Quantum-Dots Nanobiosensors for Fluorescent Microscopy & Cell-Based HTS |
1) Cl-QD (TM) -- The chloride indicator, Cl-QD, is a new generation of chloride indicator based on quantum dots technology. It is highly quantum efficient. It enables long term monitoring of the intracellular chloride concentration ([Cl-]i) of the cell without major degradation of the fluorescent signal. The emission wavelength of Cl-QD(580) is at 580 nm (other available wavelengths are 530 nmand 630 nm). They are preferably to be excited less than 500 nm. The fluorescence intensity of Cl-QD and [Cl-]i is governed by the classical Stern-Volmer equation. Cl-QD is come as a form of homogenous solution. A cell loading solition will be provided. Cl-QD can be directly loaded into the cells by topically adding the Cl-QD solution to the cell. No additional preparation is required. (For other emission wavelengths, please send inquiry) 2) Na-QD(TM) -- The sodium indicator, Na-QD, is a new generation of soidum indicator based on quantum dots technology. It is highly quantum efficient. It enables long term monitoring of the intracellular sodium concentration ([Na+]i) of the cell without major degradation of the fluorescent signal. The emission wavelength of Na-QD(630) is at 630 nm (other available wavelengths are 530 nmand 588 nm). They are preferably to be excited less than 500 nm. The fluorescence intensity of Na-QD and [Na+]i is governed by the classical Stern-Volmer equation. Na-QD is come as a form of homogenous solution. A cell loading solition will be provided. Na-QD can be directly loaded into the cells by topically adding the Na-QD solution to the cell. No additional preparation is required. (For other emission wavelengths, please send inquiry) |
